The villa was cosy and welcoming and perfect for people wanting to explore local villages, markets and vineyards. Roy was a great host, very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La localisation est parfaite et nous avions une vue imprenable sur le village de Fayence est ses environs depuis la propriété. Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. Elle nécessite un peu de maintenance par endroits mais rien de bien méchant (eg volets roulants). Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille ou des...

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"
