Terrible customer service, room key was deactivated every day I would have to get a new key, hotel hallway carpet it’s dirty and smells awful, apparently in order to get room service you would have to requested it, even if you do they would not come……

My recent stay wasnt that great. This property is my favorite when I head down to SoCal for the nearby theme parks. The floor I was in there was a gentleman on the phone at about 1:00am / 1:30am talking extremely loud, pacing up and down the hallway. Then in the morning bunch of high schoolers along with their chaperones causing a loud disturbance. No respect for their near by neighbors. Hopefully my next trip this wont be an issue. Parking at this hotel is getting bad. They need to redo the lines for each spot. Make them bigger and make sure larger vehicles park elsewhere. They take too much space preventing others to park at an open spot.

I would say this La Quinta is way better than the Costa Mesa I stayed weeks ago. Way cheaper and the room they gave me was perfect. I only put 4 for cleanliness because the carpet was stained and a bit smelly. But overall no complaints. Staff was excellent! The breakfast is good too! I will stay at this La Quinta again .

The last time I stayed at this particular place, I had to evacuate my house for a couple of nights because of termite fumigation. I had a real good sleep and the location was very convenient. I had a customer/friend coming from out of town so I booked this place for them. It was very stress free and they stayed comfortably.

The shower handle was broken. The vent fan was broken. The door kept hitting the door to the shower and toilet area. The hot tub was cold. The beds were really small. The stairs had gum and spit on the railings.

I dont like that the main entrance is locked 24hrs a day. You must have a key just to get into the lobby. Makes it difficult if you haven't checked in yet. Apparently that started during the covid lockdown and they just kept it locked down to this day.

Nice that they have deaf service for me! Door flasher and alarm vibration ready for me! When my key was bad and they came and replace without me telling them that key was bad! Love that hotel spa. But no bacon and eggs scrambled for breakfast. Please add it so that I can come back soon!
