"Luxury Ocean View" is one of the few properties with breathtaking views directly from the private terrace.

Komfortable und sehr saubere Wohnung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage

Pros: Die Lage des Appartements ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, aber ein Auto ist erforderlich, da die Distanz zur City und ans Meer zu Fuss ca. 40 Min beträgt. Anderseits super zum Einkaufen- gleich um die Ecke gibt es 2 grosse Einkaufszentren sowie einige kleine und feine Restaurants. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die tolle Dachterrasse mit super Liegebetten!! Cons: Schade, dass es auf der Hauptterrasse nur etwas Morgensonne gibt... Die Küche ist äusserst praktisch und grosszügig, aber ziemlich schlecht ausgestattet mit Utensilien! Z.B. kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, kein Brotmesser, keine Kochlöffel und Bratschaufeln keine Schüsseln und Schalen, zu wenig Besteck für eine 4-Personenwohnung

Pros: Schöne Aussicht, tolle Dachterasse mit Whirlpool, Supermarkt sehr nah, Verwaltung sehr gut und immer erreichbar . Cons: Das 2.Schlafzimmer hat sehr niedrige Betten. Die Küchenausstattumg müsste mal wieder aufgestockt werden ( Gläser, Besteck….) Die Treppe zur Dackterasse ist sehr steil.

Pros: Prima bed, goede WiFi, supermarkten en taxistandplaats vlak bij. Cons: (Keuken) voorzieningen niet geheel compleet, zoals waterkoker, spatels, maar ook geen kledinghangers.

Comfortabel huis met mooi zonnedak terras.

Pros: Rustig gelegen. Niet aan drukke straat. Handig met Lidl en Mercadona in de buurt. Vaatwas, was- en droogmachine. Zonne dakterras. Cons: Terras om te eten ligt enkel 's morgens in de zon. Dus frisjes zitten daar met de gematigde wind.
