My family and I enjoyed Ian´s house tremendously. It is a very large, modern house with more than enough space for a very comfortable stay. Everything works as promised and the photos are indeed exactly as the house is.
Ian is extremely generous and gave us a welcome gift of wine (red and white! excellent wines btw), including supplies like milk, coffee, cake, pasta, fruit, EVERYTHING! His attention is impeccable.
The location itself is good, although obviously not on the beach but about 15 minutes away from Corralejo´s sandy dunes, as well as near to the beaches on the east side of the island. We had zero problems driving the short and incredibly beautiful landscapes. Basically you are trading a bit of a drive for a luxury, top notch house that is way more comfortable and spacious than any cramped or ugly apartment that you can find on the beach. You do need a car though, but DO RENT THIS HOUSE!
Two minor details are that you cannot flush used paper into the toilet, but the enclosed bins are effortless to use and totally clean. Second is that we caught Ian late on cleaning on arrival, so there was some dust in the house (wind was blowing tremendously).
All in all, a solid 5 star!
