Ideally located in the countryside, solarium, very quiet, all comfort, large terrace of 100m2 with wooden deck and heated pool, close to lajares, 5 minutes from the beach by car, near Corralejo, superb view, free high speed internet WIFI. Cosy interior with many decorative objects brought back by the owners during their travels, parquet flooring and fireplace. Large garden with many shady corners, a hammock corner and a barbecue corner (stone barbecue). The swimming pool is equipped with a CE standard curtain cover with electric opening and closing (for children).

Peace and Tranquility

We have just returned from our stay at this beautiful villa and wish we were still there. The photos of the villa do not do it justice. The outside space is beautiful and is a real sun trap with a warm clean pool. The villa itself is clean and well fitted with comfortable beds. Place all that in a quite peaceful location and you have exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were quick to respond and were flexible and helpful, not that we needed them for anything. We had a hire car and were just mins form beaches and the main town, we will definitely be back the next time we need to relax and unwind.

Nice secluded property with a view

We loved the outside space because there were different areas where you could choose between sun and shade. We also made good use of the pool. It felt very private but its elevated position gave a nice view of the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom was very useful. Small things such as opening the bedroom windows (but leaving the fly screens closed) and the fan helped to keep us cool when some of the nights were a bit sticky. We were glad we had a car because the distance into Lajares on a hot day would have been a little bit too far to walk. Some of the neighbours were a bit loud late at night but that was probably just the luck of the draw the week we stayed. There was a black and white cat with a loud meow who hung around a lot. He probably has a Spanish name but we called him Roger. We didn't feed him because my wife is allergic to pet hair and we didn't want to encourage him. Handy location for visiting Las Molinas at Villa Verde, Camel Tours (very close) by, El Cotillo and Corralejo.

2nd visit and superb again!

We have been at Casa Brixio less than a year ago and we have been very happy again. Everything in the house worked fine and we did not need to bother Julie the friendly caretaker of the villa. I am quite sure we will be back for a 3rd visit :-)

Great Place - Fantastic Atmosphere & Views - Unique and furnished originally and with taste

Hello we (2 adults and 2 boys) had a fantastic break in this place. Everything is as described. Kitchen is well equipped with two possible eating areas outside. There is a large ficus tree that offers shade around the entrance and master bedroom. Decoration inside is very original following theme of Seashells ! Great experience I can unconditionally recommend and we would love to return. Thanks again Brice !

Vacation dream for those seeking rest and relaxation

We had a very nice 17 days at "Casa Brixio". The villa is very quiet, away from the main road. You have to know that, because you need a car for everything on the island (restaurants, shopping, beach). Theoretically you can also walk to the center in 20min, but there are hardly any sidewalks, at night it is very dark and the path is not necessarily beautiful. You have an open view to the front side over the landscape with several volcanoes. There are a few construction sites in the area, the noise of which did not bother us. The peace at night is fantastic, we have - also thanks to the good beds - rarely slept so well on vacation. The house is enough space for a family with 1-2 children. For more people, one person must stay in the living room. On the LED TV (with soundbar!) All streaming apps are installed and there is even an Apple TV. So you can easily connect your smartphones/pads to the TV. In all windows are mosquito screens, which is really important, because there were many, even if it is usually said that there are hardly on Fuerteventura. In the kitchen is everything you need, we really did not miss anything. The highlight is the terrace with the beautiful pool heated to 25 degrees and the wonderfully overgrown garden. The car can be parked in front of the house or outside the property (electric gate with remote control). For the barbecue lover there is a brick barbecue with sitting area where you can pursue your hobby with charcoal. There are several cats living in the area, which to the delight of my family came by daily and were happy to be petted. You just have to be careful that they don't sneak into the house. The contact with the owner was friendly, the on-site manager - Julie - is very friendly and helps immediately when needed - thank you Julie! We can recommend the house without any restrictions.

Not a quiet place

Lovely villa well placed and with good view, sad that after asking owner about construction noise locally and being assured there was none to find the villa 100ms or so of four major building projects, including one next door but one from the property. Three days of heavy rock breaking from a mechanical digger and every day the sounds of drilling and stone cutting. I think it will be a great place when this is all finished but that's not anytime soon with these building projects going on and other potential building plots marked out nearby.

Lovely Villa

The villa was perfect for us. Very clean on arrival and had everything we needed, especially liked the Nespresso coffee maker! Pool was really nice too and the area was mostly quiet and relaxing. Not sure why there is a solarium in the description though. Not a problem for us but wonder if it should be removed. Enjoyed early morning walks up and around the local volcano. Would definately book this villa again if we return to the same area.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Gegend

Das Haus erscheint auf den Bildern größer als es ist wobei für 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern der Platz noch ausreichend ist. Der Garten draußen ist sehr großzügig angelegt mit viel Freiraum, einem super Ausblick und Privatsphäre. Auch ein gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden. Der Pool wird auf circa 24-25 Grad beheizt und wird durch eine elektrische Kunstoffabdeckung vor auskühlen und Schmutz geschützt. Die Küche war voll funktionstüchtig auch waren alle Küchenutensilien soweit vorhanden und sauber wobei uns leider ein vernünftiger Kochtopf gefehlt hatte. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr guter Standort um den Norden von Fuerteventura zu erkunden.

Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Lajares in einem Villenquartier. Man geht nur wenige Meter und schon ist man in der Natur. Vom Haus aus kann man lange Spaziergänge machen, eine Wanderung bis nach Corralejo oder natürlich auf den Calderon Hondo laufen. Es war alles sauber und die Einrichtung gemütlich. Der Garten ist wirklich sensationell und schön grosszügig. Es gibt so viele verschiedene Stellen zum Verweilen. Da die anderen Häuser eher von der Rückseite her beginnen, nimmt man die gar nicht war. Mit dem immer wehenden Wind konnten wir die Strasse nie hören und auch kein Baulärm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und auch mit Julie vor Ort funktioniert tip top. Lajares ist ein kleiner Ort, aber gut gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Supermarkt im Ort bietet alles. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir am Abend gegrillt und den Garten genossen, daher können wir das Restaurantangebot nicht beurteilen. Gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter.

Alles soweit prima, die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind jedoch jeweils nur 140 und 160 cm breit. Ausserdem mehr Baulärm als erwartet.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit alten Baumbeständen. Check in und Out waren perfekt und vor Ort wurde auf Fragen umgehend reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing villa

We came to this villa for a short brake with my husband. It's amazing. Very good for a family break with kids as well. Villa's design makes you feel welcome. Very clean, tydi and neat.View is amazing from the terrace with volcanoes, palm trees and plants situated in the garden. Swimming pool and area outside is closed from neighbours so you feel like you are here by yourselves. From another side it is close walking distance to local shops, pubs or bars. No issues at all communicating with Julie, ladie who looks after villa. We did enjoy staying here and hopefully will come back here again for longer stay.

Super séjour

Séjour agréable, reposant. La maison est très sympa. Lajares et Cotillo top, à mille lieu des usines à touristes. Accueil très sympa de Julie. Seul dommage, la pompe à chaleur de la piscine était HS mais il y a plein d’autre choses à faire.
