The house is located in Lajares, a favorite destination for those seeking tranquility and the sea. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the paradise of El Cotillo, or Corralejo in about 13 minutes. Lajares is a must-stop for anyone who hasn’t yet discovered this European Caribbean.



The property is 5 minutes from the center, where you’ll find typical restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, fashion shops, and a supermarket. Every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, there’s a local market offering regional products.



This rural house of 125 m² comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free access to one bedroom (the second bedroom is upstairs), bathroom, living room, and kitchen.



Outside, you can enjoy a private barbecue on the rear terrace, sunbathe on the open front terrace, or relax on the covered terrace. There’s also an outdoor shower for added convenience during your stay. The house is in a very quiet area of the village, where silence is your best companion.
