Only problem was when we stayed the actual apartment had wifi problems and unfortunately in the five days we were there couldnt be fixed. . "Our room door was left wide open for 6-8 hours on multiple occasions, even after making a complaint about it to reception staff. The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room! "
