"Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!"

"A lovely spacious clean apartment within walking distance of the beach. The owner was very helpful,very easy to get hold of and went out of his way to make you welcomed, if you had any questions or queries he would happily help you out. I got very informed directions and he had someone to meet us and show us around their apartment. Thanks for a Great Stay. I only one very minor suggestion, get a iron and ironing board. "

"This property was excellent. Well appointed and laid out- with 3 good sized bedrooms, three separate wcs/ showers and 2 wonderful spacious balconies and great aircon system throughout.Chill out on the balcony and watch the boats go up and down the canal.Location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to Arenal beach and all that offers.Finally the communication and assistance throughout from Jayne at Ladybird Villas ( agent) needs a special mention. Really helpful and pleasant to communicate...
