One of the features I liked most was the cable bike system within the hotel itself, which was quite unique. In addition, the buildings have elevators, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel met all my expectations. "This was my 4th time here. It's actually 2 resorts in one. Only issue was having something repaired, telling 3 employees and nothing was done. Some of the the staff that handle the Ultimate Club guests tend to be snooty and ignore or not acknowledge the guests that aren't VIPs. Other than that, I will return again.
