Apartment fine. One bed unstable so good job it was only me. Safe costs extra, spa costs extra for the jacuzzi and sauna they have and the on site massage therapist never replied to my enquiries in WhatsApp so i took my custom elsewhere. Overall ok, only one cockroach spotted. Busses dont go all the way up so you will have to walk or taxi back in the evenings as the last shuttle bus back is at around 6

It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel lobby area is outstanding, as is the restaurant next door. Our room was quite commodius. La Laguna is a smaller than the the town of San Christobal below, but quite enjoyable. The public transportation is quite good
