"No se dejen llevar por las fotos hay cargos que no lo notifican en el momento cómo por ejemplo si se queda una persona extra por un solo día en una habitación que tiene cabida de hasta 4 personas te cobrarán un mínimo de 50 dólares por noche otro ejemplo las primeras noches me regalarán café espresso ya en la última cuando pedí uno café me lo cobraron por que no es gratis y sucesivamente no es por el precio lo que me incomoda es la falta de información cuando uno reserva"

"Staff were very friendly, but spoke so little fluent English we were entirely left adrift. Terrible communication about property amenities, restaurants, activities, add-ons...they attempted to charge us for a night we missed due to airline cancelations, as though we had not already paid in advance. We were extorted $100 by a taxi we did not know about when we commissioned a local man to drive us- in full view of the armed Tourist Police...we were forced to pay or we couldn't have left for the airport. "

"I’m giving this hotel two stars mainly because the beachfront location is beautiful and the staff was genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, friendliness does not always translate into good customer service. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and from day one we had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. It broke down at least twice a day—most often after midnight. We called to report the problem at least six times and requested a room change, but although we were repeatedly told it would be fixed or that we’d be moved, neither ever happened. Until the final day—less than an hour before checkout—there was someone at the room trying to repair it. Hot water was also inconsistent.About half the time, there was no hot water when we tried to shower. Housekeeping was unreliable as well. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty towels were left behind on one occasion, and on another, clean towels weren’t provided at all. When we requested them, it took over two hours to receive replacements. The buffet food was mediocre and repetitive, with little variety from day to day. We tried two à la carte restaurants: the Mediterrenas restaurant was excellent, both in food and service, while the Fusion restaurant had good service but very disappointing food. In conclusion, I would only recommend this hotel if you’re primarily looking for direct access to a beautiful beach and friendly staff. However, if food quality and timely resolution of issues are important to you, this may not be the best"

"Estuvimos hospedados del 7 al 11 de marzo 2026 la pasamos super lo recomiendo 100% el trato de los empleadas Ana y Carmen las recepcionistas fueron de excelencia, los empleados del restaurantes muy atentos, el desayuno riquisimo, los alrededores muy seguros, el hotel todo ordenado y limpio. "

"Good view of the ocean. Great beach, pool, music most nights. If you want much else it's a 15 minute taxi ride into town."
