"The hotel is beautiful and their garden and pool and kids playground is so nice for our kids. I was a bit sad our receptionist didn’t tell us about their breakfast, spa. Next time I would love to visit their spa and restaurant wish they had a fridge in their rooms. I did love the snacks provided by the hotel, I love their decorations wish I had more time for pictures. House keeper was amazing super clean and friendly and professional. "

"The stay at the Hotel was nice, however, our room had nothing to in the bathroom to hang or put the shampoo bottle that we brought with us. We ended up buying something to hang on the shower head from the store. Another thing I did not like was: they gave us a free drink voucher, but, it was not good for what I wanted; only what they wanted to serve me. Another thing I did not like was: we ordered the restaurant the first night we were there, and the food was high price, and very low...

"Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city. "
