"Location was great right in the centre and a 3/4 min walk to the main lifts. The room was as expected functional. Shower was great super powerful with a good bath. A few issues though, no fridge in the room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was ok, staff great but not enough of them. One day there was no cutlery, cups or glasses! The bar whilst connected to the hotel was shut very early on NYE and didn’t open NYD, as all shops were also shut getting any sort of drink for the room...

"We had a nice stay. The apartment was well equipped, the pool area was very nice, and the locking bicycle area (with tools) was helpful. It is a good base for many of the cycling climbs in the area around La Massana. It is possible to walk from the apartment to La Massana and Ordino."
