"The communication from the host was good...she was responsive. The property was furnished and clean for the most part. The apartment was gated and felt very safe. Neighbors were somewhat on the quieter side. The metro was a short walk away, about 3 blocks. My only gripe is I wished there was a way to heat up the home and wish it was comminicated on where to take all the trash to. 4.2 out of 5 in my book."
