We didn't like the lack of information or posted notices in Spanish or English describing how to access the parking lot from the street. That information was non-existant. The procedure is to pull up to the gate, which is not identified, and telephone reception to buzz open the gate. Now how would anyone that hadn't been there before know that!! Bloody ridiculous.
