About this property
Romantic little house. Spring HARMONIES, Christmas markets
- at 1600 t of altitude an ancient building from the 1700s was recovered which once served as a lookout tower. The renovation project had as objective: to safeguard the originality of the old structure: a dream house has been reborn in a quiet area located in a romantic grove. On the ground floor there is a living room kitchen connected to the upper floor with an iron staircase covered in larch, a bedroom with an exposed roof made entirely of wood with a double bed and a bunk bed in the Valle d'Aosta style. The services are located in the lower floor. The house is surrounded by about 600 meters of land arranged in a single plot, with parking area, dining area, barbecue area. The panoramic view is spectacular, ideal for those who love silence and the characteristic bread festival on Sunday 16 October
