"We have stayed in this hotel for years, we are happy with the location, cleanliness, amenities, staff is very helpful, the only negative comment is that with the Expedia reservation, we used to get VIP upgrades to high floor rooms and access to the 32nd floor as additional perks, now they only provide 2 free drinks and a 20% discount coupon for Emma restaurant."

"The room was clean and spacious. Pool area was despite the wind. Would have liked more towels being available and easy access The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. From check-in to cleaning crew. The food was wonderful and well priced. I had their 3D special (antrée, main dish and drink), I also ordered their chicken enmoladas (like enchiladas but mole sauce) from room service. The restaurant and bar are very good. The only minus was no fridge which I need for medication. They accommodated with ice packs."
