"We stayed in the Junior Suite in the city center and were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Cobwebs were everywhere, and as shown in the photos, the shower had clearly seen much better days. Given its condition, I would not have felt comfortable stepping into the bathtub at all. The kitchen was no better. The freezer compartment of the fridge had such a heavy buildup of ice that there was...

Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "
