"The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. "we had a broken shower in the one of the bedrooms, the pool water was green it was so slippery you can feel that it wasn't brush, and we had to wake up with chickens' poop in the dining area. some furniture in rooms will help so you can keep yourself organize when your there. the person said that he couldn't give us key to the rooms so that didn't make feel secure living my valuable stuff in the room. I had a hard time contacting the host. sorry but I have to be honest the price to stay there...
