While it didn't have a shower chair in the room, the desk clerk quickly got anything we needed. Also, while an older motel, it was kept up pretty well and very comfortable. We ended up needing to spend a few extra hours after check out time and she only charged us $10, instead of another day, for which we were very thankful!
Check in was a mess, front desk could not find my reservation. Just had me leave a contact number, the front desk told me they would check in the morning when the other person was there. Claimed that the motel moving to a new system. Front desk area was cluttered with boxes of cleaning supplies. Paperwork scattered all of the desk. Attendant was friendly when speaking. Finally got a room. Room was about what I expected for the price, but was not expecting to find stains and crumbs in the beds. Went to use the bathroom, opened the lid and found a toilet scrub brush in the toilet. There was no WiFi at first, had to go to front desk to ask, because nobody was answering the phone. The attendant needed to reboot the router. TV in room did not work. No towels in the room. Old pillows on the beds. There was no amenities offered with the stay (coffee, breakfast, etc). Will not stay here again. Spend a few extra bucks to stay at any other hotel in La Junta.
Hi we didn't stay it was to far for us to stay we were in las vegas the reservation it made it to colorado on july 20 why you can not resolve my problem
The room had so many issues and the staff was never available to fix anything. If it wasn’t for the circumstances, would have checked out that same evening.
The Woman from the checkin showed up, said, the room needs to hovered, the vanished, we waited for one hour, and then gave it up. That's fraud. We want our money back!
Arrived at 5 pm, room was not ready and would not be for some time. We moved on. This was supposed to be a guaranteed return room, but they would not refund our money. They admitted their hot water heater was out and that some rooms had no heat.
Absolutely disappointed in this hotel and the management. I called the number on the front door, lady answered, said "ill call you back in 5-10 minutes i have to figure out what room you are in and where the keys are" we waiting for 20 minutes only for some guy (maybe the manager) to come out to my window and knock on it and ask "what are you doing?" He was rude and asked over and over again if we already paid after i already showed my confirmation code along with the itinerary number and the receipt for paying in advance. The guy then had to go hunt down and wake up the front desk clerk to which they opened my two rooms and said "we cant give you keys becuse this is our only set and we have to get more made, if you get locked out of your room just come knock on my door (front desk clerk) and ill let you back in your room. Not to mention the rooms were nasty and outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures that are posted on expedia.
We are expecting expedia and travle inn la junta to make this right due to the poor service and inhabitable rooms.
