"I couldn't have been more satisfied for a Labor Day long weekend then this property. It's literally brand new and spotless throughout. I was returning to my hometown and having this beautiful property with 3 other adult friends it was perfect. The host is a caring, responsive manager but we didn't have to engage him except to get an additional night. A true, relaxing pleasure in SE Colorado. "

There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
