The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

I notified the front desk twice in one night that there was no water coming out the shower or anyother faucets in the room in the room I wasn't able to brush my teeth, also the staff gave me some coffee packages to brew coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room.
