The hotel itself was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming, and we appreciated the overall quality of the experience.
Unfortunately, the night was seriously disrupted by a group of guests who were having drinks on the terrace directly beneath our room. These drinks were being served by the hotel bar, and the conversation continued loudly well into the night. The noise only stopped after I called the reception at 4:40 a.m., meaning we had to endure more than two hours of loud chatter.
It is extremely disappointing that such a situation was allowed to happen. Allowing guests to gather and socialize noisily under occupied rooms in the middle of the night is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your standing.
I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.

A beautiful, small hotel in the quiet south of Antwerp that felt like a luxurious escape during traveling. The rooms are so cozy and well stocked with amenities and thoughtful touches that did not go missed. The staff is truly outstanding in their hospitality, support, friendliness, and knowledge. Truly a great, memorable experience all around.

A great spot for a short Antwerp stay. Beside Central Station, the starting point for any walking tour of the City. Parking nearby is also useful.
Hotel is well maintained, and rooms are well appointed, with very comfy beds.
I would highly recommend this venue for anyone visiting the city.

"Parking a bit of a faff as the car park the hotel has an agreement with is not the carpark directly next to the hotel. Instead it is further away. Rooms are not cleaned and towels are not replaced unless you ask. Not really acceptable given the cost of the hotel each night. Breakfast was okay but ..."
