The 104 m² property features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single), a full bathroom, and 2 spacious living rooms with comfortable sofa chairs and dining tables—perfect for relaxing with family.



    The kitchen is large and well equipped, including a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, full set of dishes, and everything you need for cooking and hand-washing dishes. There is also a table with chairs. The property offers a washing machine, fan, and heater for comfort year-round.
