"This is a beautiful property, both the grounds and the room. We were welcomed and shown around upon arrival. They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. There are walking trails close by and one leads into the town. We visited the restaurants and the plaza has the Fuente de los 12 Canos. I would highly recommend this as a getaway; very peaceful."

"Stay was good the reception service was excellent so was the service in general, the cleanliness of the room was not so good as the bed was not done properly and there was a lot of dust under the bed noticed when we dropped something and looked under to retrieve it, the gym is in need of drinking water and paper towels to dry up ones sweat which was lacking this, for the remainder the place was very good including the service "

"A hidden gem off the tourist routes but close enough to get to all the beautiful towns of the Sierra de Aracena. The room was spacious and clean. The cafeteria downstairs had good food and drink. The staff were very welcoming. Remember to take a swimming cap if you want to use the indoor pool."

"We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers "
