"The location was great. The view was even better. The view from the rooftop bar has to be the best view of Sagrada Familia in the city. Just don't use the elevator. We got stuck in there."

"Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck."

"Breakfast was amazing. Something we looked forward to every single day!! It has made us look forward to returning to BCN and staying here. Best hotel and breakfast we’ve stayed in in Europe. Bar/Pool had amazing views… as well as our room. Staff was helpful & all amenities were great. 10/10, thank you!"

"I stayed in the Hoxton Edinburgh and loved it hence booking the Hoxton Poblenou. Our room was good but was right by the elevator and loud. It is a hub for digital and brand conferences/meetings and was geared towards younger people. No one working at the hotel was over 35 which made me as a 57 year old feel mis-represented. All the public spaces were comfortable in furnishings but loud in music and young people talking. The rooftop deck was similar in noise and the food was not of good quality. Because of this experience I can’t say I will stay at a Hoxton Hotel again unfortunately as my first experience was great."

"This Hotel was one that i can say did not disappoint! The Staff, the room and all the facilities were outstanding. The pictures online are good but the place looks even better in person. The location was great as well. The train was right at the front door and the shopping mall was connected. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Cleanliness is okay. Staff were rude and miserable. Breakfast too much unhealthy food and very noisy. Spa, the guy that looked after it it feels like he doesn’t want anyone to use the facility. For a four star hotel, they can do much better. Start with staff to be more polite as it was not nice to be in a country where you understand very little of the language but you are also trying hard. Not a great place to stay"
