The room and property was overall great and so was the service. They cleaned every day and left beautiful arrangements with the towels. The adjoining restaurant was also excellent. However, I’m taking off two stars because the bathroom was not well maintained construction-wise. The floor was sinking so when you sat on the toilet, you were leaning into the shower. The sink was on a pedestal that came off the wall when I leaned on it to pick up something from the floor and the pipes made an awful sound whenever someone in another room used the water. The ceiling also leaked two nights after heavy rains. It is close to the main road so you can here the traffic all night.

They were very nice and helpful, but the building itself was slapshod. It looked worn and was built by someone who was not a carpenter. They charged more than a much nicer motel we had stayed in just the day before. The breakfast was great, and the people were very nice.

When we get the room we found out that a crack on the window, we let the staff know and they fix it really quick , I’ll be honest if you are looking for luxury and modern property this is not your spot , now if you looking for a well located spot near the heart of fortuna clean, safe and well located this is it .By the way 5 star to the Bambo restaurant the breakfast it’s include this was one of the hidden gems in La fortuna town this restaurant it’s amazing crazy tasty food and shout out to luis and his wife they will make you feel like home
