Right in the middle of a riverside rain forest and private gardens with beautiful flora and fauna all around, yet only five minutes away from downtown Fortuna, this is Casa del Bosque. Great view of the Arenal Volcano, ideal for families or groups of friends. As part of a gated community is very quiet, wide, and safe and it has different environments within the house to enjoy with all the necessary amenities to spend a very comfortable, joyful, and pleasant stay. Nature and comfort await for you.

• Three bedrooms, one on the first floor and two in the second one. Air conditioning and each and one of them.

Well stocked house with a jungle feel, just outside of town in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the upstairs patio and listening to the birds and creek. We would definitely stay there again!

Great pick in La Fortuna

This house was amazing-- clean, spacious, nice porches, looked just like the pictures in the posting. The view of the volcano was amazing and my daughter enjoyed using the pool. Good communication with the owner, would definitely recommend this house!

An excellent stay

Despite an initial hiccup when arriving, I contacted Pablo and he immediatley solved the problem. Our stay was great, very quiet, and the house was well appointed. Highly recommend.

A great gem in La Fortuna

This place is a dream! The view of the volcano, the beautiful trees surrounding the house make you feel like you’re in the jungle. It rained everyday we were there and it didn’t matter because it felt cozy and quiet. The house had plenty of space for 2 couples and 2 kids, and probably would’ve fit 2 more kids. The neighborhood is really safe as it is a gated community with an armed guard at the gate. We never felt unsafe. The house was spotless when we got there and everything worked. No issues whatsoever. Would book this place again for sure.

Great stay in La fortuna

We had everything we needed for a great 3 night stay, the property was more beautiful than the pictures suggested. Close enough to town for ease of meals and groceries but nice and quiet at night with a great deck to enjoy nature. Access to the condo pool was a great perk.

Perfect stay in La Fortuna

This house was the perfect base for our adventures in La Fortuna. It was extremely clean, very spacious, and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The upstairs porch is wonderful. Really can't say enough good things, everything was ideal and I would highly recommend!

Lovely retreat

We chose to stay here as opposed to downtown La Fortuna for a quiet retreat. Well-appointed, comfortable home and with two living rooms which was nice for the family to spread out. It was a safe neighborhood, right along a river, with lovely surroundings. There was a sweet little restaurant within walking distance, a grocery store about a mile away, and uber trips to town usually cost about 5-7.

Wonderful Stay!!

Casa del Bosque is a wonderful house in a great neighborhood removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown La Fortuna. Great communication with the owner, easy check-in and out, modern and clean well supplied house all helped make this a wonderful stay for our family. We will be back!!!!

Great house! We stayed with three generations of our family and all of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean, well-equipped really nice house a short drive from La Fortuna. Loved the covered patios on the first and second floors! Lots to do and see in La Fortuna!

Super clean and well built

Sturdy and very clean home a little ways from downtown La Fortuna. Very quiet and well-maintained in a safe neighborhood monitored by security. It can be a little difficult to find but host’s directions were helpful.

Clean, Stress Free check in and 5min drive to La Fortuna

Our family with adult children enjoyed our stay. The security guards for the gated community were nice. Clean place and relaxing environment. Quiet. One of our group really likes to have a dishwasher (and there isn’t one) but the rest of us didn’t mind handwashing. We were very happy.

Comfortable La Fortuna home

Our group of 8 stayed comfortably in this modern 2 story home. The air conditioned rooms kept us comfortable and sleeping well. The bathrooms were spacious, only difficulty was operating the shower controls to get a warm experience. Overall a nice home in a pretty setting

Home in the woods

The best home you can imagine in La Fortuna! Listen to the music of birds, the Rio Burio, and intermittent rains near Arenal. Enjoy so many amazing touches: excellent design, a wonderful coffee maker with some coffee on hand, a bench and a hammock protected from the rain, a community swimming pool, a sense of security, great bathrooms, everything works, and it's so comfortable with ceiling fans, great linens, and lots of windows. Pablo responds very quickly and can make recommendations in the local area. We felt so lucky to find this place and never wanted to leave!

Looking for a great location in La Fortuna?

The house is absolutely spic and span clean and has all the comfort needed to adapt yourself to the hot and humid environment. Television sets with all features! Pablo is very attentive before arrival! But you do need a high weel car to manage the entrance.

La Fortuna Getaway

We loved our stay in La Fortuna. The town was friendly and had a unique Costa Rican flavor and intrigue. The home was everything that the photos indicated and more. The furnishings and the modern finishes were tasteful and well done. We loved watching the wildlife from the upstairs balcony and listening to the sweet serenading of the stream that is adjacent to the property. The grounds were well manicured, and the home is well maintained. The kitchen contained everything we needed for our memorable stay in La Fortuna. We would definitely stay here again.

CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! A GREAT Stay!

This was a last minute short stay, but we will definitely be back. The well maintained home was SUPER Clean & Comfortable. The location was GREAT. We felt very safe and we had EXCELLENT Communication with the owner/manager. The layout was very convenient with the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a very nice shared bathroom. We LOVED the large kitchen table with 6 chairs and the comfy living room furniture. Bath towels were fluffy, soft, and absorbent. Fast internet. Large laundry room with sink & stack washer /dryer that worked well Thank you Pablo. We appreciate how much you care.

Wonderful

Beautiful home. Just outside town, so it’s really quiet. Friendly neighbors and security guard. Great location in proximity to the town and tourist attractions. We saw a sloth in the backyard along with frogs, birds, cows, geckos, and other fun critters. Modern appliances and decor, pool and common area are easily accessible. The river in back is visible from upstairs balcony. Communication was great with Pablo. Answered all questions and was always friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House and Location

What can I say about the Case Del Bosque. It is truly amazing in every aspect. It is a villa for your family with all nice amenities that you can think of. Location is close to the town and feels like a dream. We enjoyed our stay as a family and felt we needed to stay more nights here. It felt like our own house while we stayed, the views outside are great especially when you are having morning coffee from the huge balcony upstairs. Bedrooms/bathrooms are super clean. We felt safe due to gated community setting. When we checked in the evening while it was dark, the watchman helped us locate the house. We would definitely come back if we ever visit Costa Rica.
