This cozy waterfront lake house located in Deerfield Resort accommodates up to 16 guests, plus a toddler bedroom for two little ones, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-tier walk-out deck, beautiful lake views, and a single boat slip with access to a 4x4/side-by-side for transport to and from the dock. Other amenities include parking, proximity to the golf course, the Tiki Bar, and Winery. The 3rd floor/top level consists of two large queen bedrooms, one with a dock, and one with a toddler sleeping area, and a full bathroom. The toddler sleeping area has two small crib-size mattresses in a cozy cubby that any nugget will love to sleep in. Includes one (1) Pack `n Play.

The first level has a large deck with an outdoor eating area and grill, a kitchen, two refrigerators, a dining area, a small island, and an additional dining table in the living area, a large walk-out deck with three sliding doors for access, one bedroom that is perfect for Grandma and Grandpa, and a full bathroom.

The basement level consists of a deck, a living room - perfect for the kids, a mini fridge, and a pull-out couch if needed. Two large bedrooms, one with a walkout to the deck, a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twins), and a fold-out futon couch (full size). You will also find a full bathroom and a washer and dryer.

Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.

Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.

Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.

Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.

Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
