Overall great place to stay. Kinda a pain you have to go to the marina office to get the key to the house and dock the boat when it’s full of your gear for the stay but overall great stay

It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa since we had six of us there. We enjoyed the marina and staff which was a plus but it didn’t seem as if anyone knew what was going on.
