  • Your Norris Lake adventure begins at this peaceful 2-bedroom(1 sofa sleeper) condo within the Yellow Villas. Inside, guests find a king bed and a queen bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, each featuring a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this perfect condo offers a phenomenal retreat. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything LaFollette and our condo has to offer. This a lower level so you will need to walk down a short flight of steps.
    Boating & Marinas: Home to the Deerfield Cove Marina, offering wet slips, dry storage, and boat launching. It also hosts a seasonal open-air Tiki Club with food, full bar service, and live entertainment.Golf: The Greens at Deerfield features an 18-hole championship golf course and an on-site restaurant.Aviation: Deerfield is uniquely the only development on Norris Lake with its own private 3,200-foot paved airstrip for fly-in residents and guests.Recreation & Sports: Includes a community swimming pool with a children's kiddy pool, tennis courts, pickleball, sand volleyball, and a children's playground.Dining & Wineries: Beyond the marina's Tiki Bar and the Greens restaurant, the Chapman Hill Winery is located just outside the main gate.Accommodations: Primarily a vacation rental hotspot with everything from lakefront condos to massive 900-acre residential homes that serve as great bases for boating, wakeboarding, and world-renowned smallmouth bass fishing on Norris Lake.
    This Condo does come with a boat slip and you can call Deerfield Cove Marina at 423-907-9755 to rent a boat slip if you need something else. Deer Hill Village has a swim pool and it’s like a 5 minute walk from the condo and a minute drive. Remember to bring your own bath and kitchen towels plus toilet paper and trash bags.

Really nice property. The condo was very easy to find. Everything was clean and stocked with basic items. The rental included a boat slip which saved us some money. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, go to Shanghai Resort.

Overall the property is nice. The back deck has good seating between the table and chairs and a sofa/chairs. The kitchen has basic necessities and the beds are firm but comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is you need to bring bath towels and kitchen towel/dish cloth as those are not provided.
