"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."

The room was spacious and very clean, and even had a table/desk to eat at, which I always appreciate in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. "Suite was dated and in need of some repairs. Clean and tidy. Refreshments replenished daily. Turn down service for sofa bed Tried room service on two occasions and could not get an answer. When checking with receptionist I had details correct they simply said ‘maybe they were busy with another guest’ Service in hotel bar for food was very slow Spa was ok. More lifts needed as we were constantly waiting on a lift. Would not stay again. Expensive and expected better service for the price."
