NH Collection Bogotá Hacienda Royal
This was the worst hotel in this class I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were not firm, they were hard. Like sleeping on a sheet of plywood wrapped in a quilt. The carpeting in my room was disgusting, the staff were lazy, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was bad. I hated this hotel.
