First of all the reservation was presented under the name of Hotel.com and when we inform him that this is not possible perhaps it is with Expedia he started to insulted us, He then did not want to wait for the room to be properly disinfected. we even apologies to him and compliment him with 3 breakfast the next day Then the next day he did not want to pay saying he had already paid if we wanted us to call the Police, saying all sorts of things and that he would go and put some bad things to Hotel.com. He did not wait for five hours they went our for the day and came late in the evening as the will leave the next day

First of all we did not see this problem coming, this started the same day it was Thursday evening the same day they arrived, we talk to them and they calm them self for the 2 days then they walk out on Saturday Morning without saying any thing and take all their luggage Around 10.30 p.m in the evening Mr Maksim Tikhonov and Mr Alesksei Kruglov from Russia and their wifes but without their children who was with them on Holiday they came back and they started a fight we us which we are 2 ladies, Mr Maksim has a torched with him flash it in my face and Mr Alesksei slap me the face so we had to call our security to put them out side and we had to call the police for assistance and also had to go to the doctor for assistance int eh same night This is the first time that we have to encounter this kind of fierce people like that as we have been in this business for the past 25 year. Why would somebody if you wanted to sort out any problem come at this point in time. As the Police and Doctor has to be interfered in this mater, the case is their hands now We also know that they will say lies about what happen as they are our guest we have to respect them but not to a certain levels were you have to disrespect your host and to start fighting
