"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"

"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"This property had a wonderful spacious room. The view was absolutely the best I've ever had in any room with huge panoramic windows that have side windows that open. We saw sea lions swimming in front of the hotel right out our window. On the right evening the sunset would be unbelievable. We were late getting there and the owners kept in contact and let us in late. Just a fantastic stay! "

"Beautiful garden surrounding elegantly restored building gives feeling of welcoming and peaceful life even if just off busy street with lots of restaurants and cafes and services. Staff very kind and accommodating. Breakfast wonderful. Room had large windows looking out onto green treetops with flowers and birds. Bedding warm and mattress comfortable. Bathroom has great shower and fluffy towels. Everyone super nice. "

"No volvería! Falta de cuidado y manutención. Cocinilla con problemas graves y peligrosos, llave de la cocina gira en banda sin tope, por seguridad se requiere cortar el gas. Baños con fugas de agua en el wc ( se inunda el baño) Muebles terraza y living en mal estado, viejos e incómodos. Edificio sin mantención y humedad. Reposeras rotas y sucias, es imposible recostarse en ellas. La administración no está accesible, la niña que atiende es mal educada, el señor es más gentil e intenta ayudar en...
