Welcome to Parkside Retreat, a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home just two blocks from Myrick Park. Whether you're visiting family, meeting up with friends, or coming to La Crosse for an event, this home gives you plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

The open main floor is bright and inviting, with a cozy living area, large sectional, and a 65" 4K Smart TV with Netflix included. The fully stocked kitchen has clearly labeled cupboards and everything you need to share meals together without the usual “where is that?” scavenger hunt.

Every bedroom is set up for comfort, featuring Helix mattresses and clearly listed sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed

- Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed + dedicated workspace

- Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Full bed

- Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): King bed

- Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): Queen bed

This is an excellent location to campus and the downtown area. The house is equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. It is super clean and the host has great communication.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It started with the amazing host, Beth! The house might look small from the outside, but, was very comfortable for our family, especially with 3 bedrooms having king-size beds. From start to finish this experience was top-notch!! I highly recommend this VRBO.

We enjoyed a family gathering in this great property. It was clean, open, and a great location for the activities we had planned. Great location for anyone in town for UWL activities. Spacious home in a great location!

We loved all of the space; everyone had their own room. Very clean and my daughter lives cooking in the kitchen! The Nature Place and walking paths just down the road are lovely! Beth had little snacks and chocolates around that the kids appreciated! Would definitely come back!

Perfect house near LAX

Charming house close to campus. It was the perfect place to gather with a friend group. There were so many amenities, and everything was clean and clearly labeled. We especially appreciated the fire pit and provided wood.

Convenient Location for Hiking

This house is convenient to excellent hiking trails such as Grandad's Bluff, Hixon Forrest, and Perrot State Park. But more importantly, the property is extremely clean, organized, spacious, and comfy. Our host, Beth, was very attentive and was always a step ahead with welcoming us and guiding us through the exiting process. I would highly recommend this property for a stay.

Exploring La Crosse

Wow. This property was perfect! The owner was great!! The house was immaculate and full of extras that made us feel so special. Beth thought of everything for an excellent stay for our pets too. Perfect spot

It was only a short stay but it was perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of supplies if you forgot something(toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, etc). The backyard was perfect for a fire with plenty of chairs for everyone! I would 100% recommend this place. Also Beth was always in contact with us!

Great House!

Wonderful home to stay at. Much larger inside than the exterior picture reflects. Two bedrooms in the basement, one on main floor and two upstairs which spreads everyone out which is nice. Very clean and modern. Host stayed in touch but never needed anything as house was very well stocked with even some nice unexpected additions. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay

Property was comfy and just what we needed. It was a very warm weekend and the a/c struggled to keep the upstairs BR cool. But this probably isn’t a concern most of the year. The host was good enough to send an appliance part that we accidentally left behind. Much appreciated.
