Sorry to say, but unless you're able to pay $200plus a night, you have to stay in hotels like this - that were once nicer, but now are run-down. It was clean-ish, but how clean can things be when they are not updated. For example, the light fixture in the bathroom - years of gunk.... I was placed in a room in the middle of several persons who played loud music & socialized until very late. I did ask the front desk about changing rooms and they were apologetic, but couldn't because the hotel was full. The desk did say that they would talk to the noisier rooms. It did quiet down - for a bit. I had the impression that the guests in the rooms around me were long stay. If you're on a budget & have to stay here, ask for a quiet room & hope for the best. (I did ask, but it didn't work out.)

The price was ok, the bed was clean, and the bathroom sink, bathtub and toilet were clean, but the floors were not so great, and the walls had fresh wax on them. There was sticky stuff on the carpet my foot kept sticking too. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast lady was always super nice made sure she said hello to you every time you walked in.

This made for a fine, standard hotel to spend a night while I was on a business trip. Not super fancy of course, but affordable and so a good value in my mind if you're the type of person who is fine with just a basic hotel room with a few simple extra amenities. The staff who greeted me at both check in and check out were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast served had a nice variety of food that was well stocked when I was there. I would stay here again.

The room was smaller then expected and when we got back after being gone for the day our key cards were not letting us back in the room. The hot tub was not working properly. It would have been nice to if they used real dishes and silverware at breakfast instead of paper plates and plastic silverware and paper type coffee cups.

Just short of an ideal "stay".
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, good brkf and of course ideal location. ONLY problem, same as it was 6 weeks before where I was there for business, is that the computer in the Business Ctr is still not working! Where's the report to I.T. repair? What will be done to avoid future problems?

I stayed here in the past and it has always been a decent place to stay. This time my room had an awful smell to it. I don't know what it was but it smelled like something was rotten. It appeared to be clean, but there was still a smell

The room was incredibly cramped and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel was noisy all night and you could talking through the walls. I don't understand how the term adjective "Quality" can be used to describe this facility.

Not our favorite hotel. Our room was very small, and the bathroom door opened literally right against the bed. Our bathroom had water stains on the ceiling, the toilet had a ring around it and did not want to flush. The towels were stained. You could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us.

A Place to Sleep
It was a place to sleep, that’s about all. Paper thin walls, very small room, bathroom walls and ceiling showed signs of water damage, warm but not hot water for shower, etc. At least the bed was comfortable.

Rooms were clean but the outside was dirty. Can not blame the staff, people need to pick up after dogs and put cigarette butts in the ashtrays that are provided.

Paid for a queen bed but it was only a full-sized bed. I am 6'8" tall so it was very inconvenient. Hot tub jets barely blew any air. Just kind of sat and stewed in the water. Not as much fun as it should have been. Pay a little more and get a better stay.

Loud but it’s right on highway 53 in the city. Parking was limited. Gym equipment could use work and the whirlpool wasn’t working correctly. But the room was adequate for one night.

We had a pet room cause of our service dog. Room was still clean and quiet. First time we had a quiet hallway and not lots of peoples disturbing us. Morning food was decent. Noone got a stomach ache and was a very clean serving counters.

Wouldn't recommend
We have stayed at this hotel in the past. Like a couple of years ago but this visit was not the same. The room was pretty beat up, and I think the room we had might have had bed bugs! Unfortunately I didn't realize the bug part until a few days after our stay. So I can't truly prove it but I can guarantee we won't be back there. Staff was nice though!
