People working there were amazing but we went to the SPA and it was all cold, no ice in the machine, jaccuzzi was cold and not working, sauna and hammam had not been on long enought to even start being warm enough.

Non-existent communication or staff (aparantly nobody actually owns the hotel). Rooms are tired and worn. The hotel is on a busy road so quite noisey and you have to clean the room before you leave or risk getting a fine
