"Clean and new. I felt safe. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. No protein choices. Not a lot of variety in general. They put out 2 kinds of cereal. They were out of milk for cereal at 8:45. Even though asked to refill it they did not as breakfast ends at 9:00. They began putting everything away at 8:45. This seems like an ungracious way to treat guests. "

"The only thing I didn't like was there were 2 hot tubs. I was broken and the other was not really that warm. Other than the hot tubs I loved the hotel and the staff. Breakfast was good and very nice rooms."

"We had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn Mount Vernon! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we realized we had forgotten our chargers, the front desk went above and beyond by lending us one that had been left behind—such a thoughtful touch! We were also upgraded to a suite due to a double booking, and it made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it exceeded our expectations! There were hot waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and plenty of other options to satisfy everyone in the family. Overall, a great experience with excellent service. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"
