Came to town for Dead & Co and this spot was located close to the action in center strip and the sphere. Room was fine no complaints, they have a bunch of exhibits and a food court on the lower level as well. Would recommend but don’t expect any frills

The property was dirty. I asked for a city view which was hard to see because the window was so dirty. I understand the building was old but it looked unkempt. Room service never came to my room, and I was there for 4 days, I had to ask someone for towels and got them. The hotel was really smokey even outside of casino floor so if that’s an issue for you don’t stay at Planet Hollywood. I hardly interacted with any staff except at the pool and I think that is by design. The ones I interacted with didn’t want to be there and were so over their job. The nicest people were the servers at the pool. Everything was very over priced, which isn’t just PH but all of Vegas.

Thought we had booked the TV with the lazy river not realizing there were two sister locations. The staff was incredible though and we loved the beach sand zero entry pool entrance. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and quiet. The shuttle to the strip and grocery run was incredibly helpful. If you are looking to be clear but off the strip in a nice, friendly and comfortable hotel... this one is perfect!!
