"This place is truly heaven on earth. The property is a spectacular private farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, offering complete tranquility and breathtaking beauty in every direction. Set in a peaceful valley, it is surrounded by stunning 360-degree views of rolling hills, forests, open fields, and the picturesque town of Bibbona in the distance. It’s a great place to host a wedding or offsite or simply just relax The setting feels timeless; an authentic Tuscan landscape of extraordinary charm and serenity. Whether enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the countryside, swimming in the pool, or simply sunning oneself surrounded by the redolent scent of wildflowers and roses, every moment here is unforgettable. "The hotel does have covered parking. It's located next to the hotel, and is limited in that they only have 17 spaces; plus it's an additional 15 euros per day and a city tax to utilize the parking. Parking is in the Volterra's limited traffic zone (ZTL). Contact the hotel if you desire parking, be sure to give them your car plate number so you don't get fined driving into the restricted zone. The rooms were clean but modest. The floors in the hallways and rooms are tile and you do get noise from people moving around above you and in the hallways. The bathroom are small (one person at a time size). The staff is very helpful and informative. They provided information on restaurant which will provide a discount to hotel customers. The pool was nice and the hotel staff provided drinks and food pool side. Even though the hotel location was towards the end of the town, restaurant and shopping were short walks, 5-10 minutes."

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."
