"Hot water didn’t not work add on No shampoo just body wash, everything was unplugged the refrigerator didn’t not work so had nowhere to keep my daughter milk cold it was a not a clean room BOOKING SAID FREE PARKING BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING On top of that never heard of 100 dollars deposit the TV doesn’t even cost that much first and last time ever staying at a spark "

"The room was excellent, had just what we needed and was very clean. The person that checked us in was not friendly at all. The breakfast was OK. I wasn’t thrilled about the yogurt machine."

"The room was incredibly small. Literally could run into yourself! The bathroom was pretty bad. The floor was filthy and had silver fish bugs near the shower drain. There was no fridge or microwave and the desk provided was very small and uncomfortable. In addition, there wasn’t a place to hang your clothes. I struggled to keep my clothes that were on hangers clean and pressed. I imagine this is close to what a jail cell would feel like. Not planning to return to this one again. "

"My children stuck in the elevator twice. The rooms were not clean there was a funny smell. Air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly. "

"From the check in to the checkout awesome. The staff was wonderful and the rooms super clean and very spacious. The bed so comfortable and the bathroom excellent clean. The pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was awesome they had waffles cereals, coffee three types of juice. Sorts of milk to meet everyone's dietary needs. I would definetly stay again here. 5STAR STAY."

"Been to this resort every year for years. We usually don’t eat on property except for Signature (amazing) and pool side. This time we decided to stay on property and to be honest not impressed at all. We skipped big breakfast and ate at Henrietta’s not good at all!! Lunch time we ate at Spitfire and had a sandwich. Service was very slow. The sandwich was good except for all the oil saturated on the bread. Dinner we ate Mexican, not impressed at all. I truly feel for the top notch hotel i feel it is the food should be also"
