"Clean room, except when we let room service in and about 15 mosquitoes flew him with him and we chased them around the room for about 5 minutes. The staff was amazing. The restaurants were amazing. Very chill atmosphere with the party side and the quiet pool made it easy to decide where you wanted to go THAT day. Overall amazing trip. "

"We ordered a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, me and my daughter we received key and being told we got beautiful vip specious room. We got to the room to find out there was a one king bed. When person who accompanied us was told thattwasn't what we ordered he contacted front desc and being told the hotel is packed and no other room is available. They tried to put additional temporary bed to accomodate us. It took 2 hours of stres being looked at like I was crazy refusing room which they assigned it to us, to finally be told they have a room with 2 queen beds. Shouldn't I receive what I ordered and was available at the time of purchase without any stress, I think I should receive what I paid for ."

"Room was clean, buffet was pretty good but the sit down restaurants were better quality. Staff was helpful and friendly. The drinks were a little cheap but overall a good experience"

"It was a great hotel private resort with good food. It is expensive. There was a golf tournament on that was not on their website so we could not play their golf courses. They did not even compensate transportation to another Golf course. But would come back in spite of the golf problem."
