One of the best parts was the incredible view. The sunrises were amazing and the full moon was spectacular. The condo itself was well maintained and nicely set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A very short walk to the beach and a wonderful beach to walk on. Be sure to check out the Mezcal Bar (Mezcaleria Quiermeme Mucho).Very pleased with this property and the area. "

La casa muy bien equipada y con la ventaja de la 2da piscina que ofrece más sombra que la principal. Áreas a mejorar los colchones y ropa de las camas dejan mucho que desear, no hay sistema de audio ambientacion y nuestra cocinera con falta de experiencia en cocinar mariscos ."

"Great location literally 30 ft to the beach! Beautiful building and spacious rooms. Rooftop pool was great with beautiful views of ocean. Highly recommend getting chef services a couple nights from Jane Bauer and going to her cooking school as well. Only negative was neighbor a couple doors down had 3 or 4 dogs that would bark at anything, at anytime to night, which was annoying."

"The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from a amazing beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a great view. Drinks were spendy and Im not sure if they served food. It was definitely worth going up to get a great picture!"

This was our first trip to this part of Mexico and the area surpassed our expectations with its beauty and peacefulness. Within this spectacular area, Montecito Beach Village is an extraordinary collection of architecturally superb homes set into the hillside with cobblestone roads, golf cart only access, excellent fitness room and amazing landscaping. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the Cala Club was a perfect place to relax and enjoy great food and drinks. Access to Bocana Beach for surfing and swimming is very easy and MBV is only a short drive from shopping and restaurants.Our only disappointment with this villa was the poor condition of several of the major appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, television. If these are replaced with appliances reflecting the quality of the rest of the villa, we would definitely return."
