I really wanted to give 5 stars, but a few issues made the stay less enjoyable. We stayed for three nights, and no housekeeper ever came to clean the room. Just to be clear, I did not have the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Another major inconvenience was leaving the parking lot. I spent about 30 minutes waiting because the gate wouldn’t open, and at least four cars ahead of me were stuck as well. This same issue happened the last time I stayed here, which is frustrating. Lastly, the “view room” I paid extra for only offered a direct view of the Paris Hotel building, which was disappointing. On the positive side, I did receive a partial refund for that. Unfortunately, with these repeated issues, I’m considering staying at the Bellagio next time.

Staff is super kind, considerate and hardworking. They are informative and available through whatsapp as well in case of Emergency.

We loved the staff, the recommendations, the beautiful neighborhood, wonderful breakfasts, relaxing terrace, and beautiful rooms!

My husband and I stayed at the TI from July 17th-21st. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and of good size. The hotel is older so it’s not as flashy as some of the newer hotels. There is limited dining choices so we mostly ate at other places. We rented a vehicle so it was a plus that this is one of the few hotels that doesn’t charge for parking. Would stay again.
