The hotel had ants on the bed and it smelled like sewage. There’s something wrong with septic tank. They wouldn’t change our rooms or refund us after being in the room for 5 minutes. We didn’t even lay on the bed.

Every thing was great . The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was we kept having issues with air conditioner going off. Desk sent someone 3 different times, but after a bit it would not work again . It probably needs a new unit in the villa we were in.

Mejorar un poco la atención en desayuno. Ya cuando hacía falta 30 minutos para que se acabara el desayuno no había leche para el café, y algunos otros insumos. De allí la propiedad muy bien.
