The entire experience was amazing. Our balcony view was wonderful and they were so prompt to make sure at a certain hour the events near rooms were over so to allow quite time. The pools were clean, plenty of chairs and towels available. The restaurants were amazing and the common buffet restaurant always had a wonderful selection for all 3 meals of the day as well as room service available 24hrs. The spa was tranquility, so great we did 2 experiences while here. Staff from bellhops, front desk, guest experience to house keeping was more than friendly and accommodating. Can not wait for our next experience

Intercontinental did not disappoint:)
We are used to the Embassy Suites and while the buffet breadsticks is better there, this hotel is immaculately kept and the service was great!
Clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Will return!
