"We came for medical reasons and needed a good night sleep prior to surgery. The bed in room 321 was sooooo noisy. It is like it doesn't fit on the base. Every little movement made the bed groan and squeek. I called and asked for another room for night # 2. Hopeful that we can move easily today before medical appointment. Toilet seat broke and very dirty under hardware. No body soap in shower dispenser. "

However, the customer service from every staff member including the owner they treat me like I am a family member. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home at a motel. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and how you have treated me with such kindness and respect. Total professionalism comes from everyone and Kelly the night I got there which was at midnight something went wrong with my credit card and they made sure I had a place and overlooked it so I could fix the issue the next morning.
