Nice place and welcoming atmosphere

Siamo stati in questa casa per 1 settimana abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva esserci utile.Il giardino è stupendo e ben curato. Inoltre la proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile...ci torneremo prestissimo.

La casa è ampia e completa di tutta la biancheria e gli accessori che possono servire in una casa. La posizione consente di muoversi verso le più belle mete che l’Abruzzo offre.

Bellissima settimana in Abruzzo
Ottima posizione per le escursioni sul Gran Sasso e per visitare L'Aquila. Casa molto grande, ben tenuta, tutto funzionante, davvero molto comoda.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und es ist alles da, was nötig ist. Die Matratzen könnten besser sein, wer unempfindlich ist, hat allerdings nichts zu befürchten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Vielen Dank Segniora Consorte

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus mit guter Atmosphäre!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Haus hat eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung, Küche, etc. ist sehr gut. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen am Gran Sasso. Wir waren absolut zufrieden!

casa accogliente
La casa è dotata di ogni comfort di cui si abbia la necessità quando si è in vacanza (come quella di avere una televisione per ogni ospite) e molto bene arredata; inoltre la possibilità di ricoverare la macchina nel box auto è un surplus, ed avere il cancello automatico ancora meglio. La Sig.ra Gabriella è stata disponibilissima in tutto. Le persone di Paganica sono squisite e molto accoglienti; a pochi minuti a piedi si può trovare un negozio di pasta fresca e piatti pronti che sono da provare. Inoltre è possibile fare una passeggiata al Santuario della Madonna d'Appari, mediante una pista ciclopedonale appena realizzata. Per le escursioni in macchina in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere località anche lontane, attraversando luoghi favolosi. Da visitare: le Grotte di Stiffe, le Gole del Saggitario, il Gran Sasso e Campo Imperatore, la valle che conduce al Lago di Campotosto, le colline dell'Abruzzo costiero e la città de L'Aquila

Gut eingerichtetetes, großzügiges Haus und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die hervorragend Englisch spricht und in Pescara lebt. Sie gab uns sehr gern Tipps. Haus in gutem Zustand, sehr sauber. Privates Ambiente mit tollem Winter Garten. Alles vorhanden, was man in der Küche braucht. Ruhig trotz Straßenlage. Einziges Manko sind die Hunde der Nachbarschaft, die nachts bellten. Gute Ausgangslage für den Gran Sasso und Aquila.

Bergwanderurlaub - Hiking holidays
Ich habe die Ferienwohnung in den ersten beiden Maiwochen 2018 als Basis für Bergwanderungen im Gran Sasso und Campo Imperatore genutzt. Es hat mir so gut gefallen und das Ferienhaus ist so praktisch, dass ich im September 3 Wochen wiederkomme. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und das Ferienhaus ist großzügig eingerichtet. Selbst Verbrauchsmittel, die üblicherweise fehlen, wie Zucker, Reiniger für die Geschirrspülmaschine und Küchenrolle sind reichlich vorhanden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und für Rückfragen kann man meine Telefonnummer bei der Vermieterin erfahren. Der Wintergarten (nach Süden gelegen) ist bei durchwachsenem Maiwetter sehr praktisch, denn er ist schon nach wenigen Sonnenstrahlen schön warm, so dass man sich sonnen und nasse Bergkleidung trocknen kann. Burkhard Winter I used the holiday house two weeks beginning of May 2018 as a base for hiking on Campo Imperatore and in the Gran Sasso area. I'm so excited that I will return 3 weeks in September. The house is very well equipped with all you need, even consumables like cleaner for the dish washing machine, sugar and so on were present. The landlady is very helpful and I felt during my stay very comfortable. The winter garden to the south is very practicable when weather is cool and changeable like in May, because it needs only few sunbeams to get warm to take a sun bath or to dry wet mountain clothes. Bell'appartamento, completo di tutto e in ordine. Posizione ideale per tutte le escursioni.
Titolare cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento ideale per soggiorni anche lunghi. Peccato che la veranda non sia praticabile quando batte il sole, ma è solo un dettaglio poco importante. Bel giardino ben curato e appartamento in perfetto ordine. Lo consiglio.
