"We were alarmed when we pulled up to the property since the lawn didn't look like it had been mowed and the garbages were overflowing and torn up by rodents, there was a treehouse in the back that was boarded up with broken glass windows, the fire pit we were to use was completely rusted and collapsed rendering it useless. I had issues receiving the entrance code but customer service was very friendly. Once we got in the space looked clean. There was plenty of bedding and pillows for everyone to...

Snacks, bathroom supplies etc. The backyard outdoor area, would have been more enjoyable if the garden and grass was not overgrown. Perhaps the gardener would be maintaining after we left. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place. The beds were comfortable, and each bed had a dofferent level of firmness, to accommodate. "
