Pros: This was the second year we have stayed at Casa Colina and yet again we had a great time. There have been some improvements to the property. The living room has been refurbished and is now a lovely light room. The addition of Wi-fi is also a most welcome change. If you really want a nice relaxing holiday, so can’t go wrong with Casa Colina. Another big thanks to Kris, who looks after the property. He lives a few house up the road and is very helpful.

Pros: What a lovely property. Peaceful, private, clean & tidy, plus a wonderful outside area to sit in the sun and relax. Kai (the owner) was quick with communication. One added bonus is Kris, who hands over the key and generally looks after the property. He was available for any problems and only lives a few doors away. Will try and get back next year. My only point to mention is the Wi-fi... the only way is to top up a dongle, and I only mention this because I had some work commitments. But you are on holiday, so it’s no bother!!!

Pros: Lovely place to spend our vacation & great value four our money: perfectly sized pool, superb view to the mountains but sealed off from the views of the neighbours, well-thought-out layout of the rooms with plenty of space, well-equipped and modern kitchen. We appreciated the quiet area with almost no traffic, though only a short walk to the shops in Albir. A bonus are the various places to spend your time, providing many options to move into either direct sun or into the shade: The always sunny balcony with great mountain view, a gorgeous veranda to have breakfast in the sun and lunch in the shade, and several options to place your loungers for either intense sunbathing or children's places with less heat throughout the full day. Organisation & communication with the lovely owner couple (Kai & Birgit) was very easy and uncomplicated. In case of any short-term issues, there is a nice & helpful local contact (Kris) to support. We will definitely come again - Thank you!

Pros: Kai the owner was good to deal with very responsive to messages & we had a lovely welcome from Kris the manager who was very attentive & always available . This is a Quirky typical Spanish rural, well equipped kichen with a great oven & a good hot shower in bathroom. There is a lot of outdoor space & privacy but unfortunately we weren't able to use it even though we were blessed with lovely warm sunny days as due to the time of year (Dec) & low sun there was only a couple of corner pockets that we could use for an hr or so. This also made indoors very cold dark & gloomy & we were glad of the pellet stove. I wouldn't therefore recommend winter stays but in the heat of the summer it would be good. The slow internet was ok for phones, tablets etc but we found the tv (through internet box) very frustrating so gave up on it & watched Netflix on our laptop. That aside & next doors dog barking every evening we enjoyed our stay by going out far more than we would have if we didn't have shade but that said the price for our stay was very reasonable.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Am Fernseher war ein Gerät dass alle PayTV Kanäle in verschiedenen Sprachen hatte. Es gab viele Liegen für den Pool. Das ganze Haus hat Klimageräte. Albir ist ein nettes Städtchen mit mehreren guten Mercadonas. Cons: Es gab leider nur wenig Schrankplatz, obwohl es sehr viel Schränke gab, aber die meisten waren für private Zwecke abgeschlossen. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und müssten Mal ersetzt werden. Wir mussten nochmal über 200€ für Strom extra zahlen, das finde ich bei den Mietkosten unangemessen. Der Pool ist aus Plastik und die Ränder sind nicht sauber. Es sind viele Treppen in und um das Haus. Es gibt eine Baustelle gegenüber die laut war. Im großen ganzen war der Urlaub toll und erholsam.

Pros: La casa está perfecta,tiene de todo lo que necesitas,la piscina fenomenal y todo tipo de utensilios,plancha,lavavajillas,lavadora y secadora,una zona super tranquila y sin ningún ruido,hemos estado 8 días y repetiremos,la persona que te atiende al llegar Nathan es súper majo y si tienes alguna duda te la resuelve al momento,un millón de gracias por todo,si Dios quiere nos veremos el verano que viene.

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung an ruhiger Lage und toller Service.

Pros: Pool, saubere Schlafzimmer, gute Küchenausstattung, neuer Kühlschrank, Gartendusche, eigene Waschmaschine, Klimaanlagen, W-lan Cons: Die Türe in der Küche unter dem Waschbecken ging kaputt.(Schanier samt Schrauben wurde aus dem Holz gerissen ohne grosse Krafteinwirkung.)

Pros: Casa Colina bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht: einen kleinen Pool für eine Abkühlung, verschiedene Sitzgruppen im Garten, je nachdem, ob man die Sonne sucht oder vor ihr flieht. Das Haus mit den verschiedenen Ebenen ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch hier fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren im Dezember dort und hatten fast jeden Tag Sonnenschein. In diesem Monat liegt der Garten sehr schattig, aber es gibt dennoch, je nach Sonnenstand, Sonnenplätze. Gegen die abendliche Kühle bietet ein Pelletheizung wohlige Wärme. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch eine Person in der Nachbarschaft ist nicht nur zuverlässig sondern auch noch nett! Wenn es sich einrichten lässt kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns alle rundum wohl und entspannt gefühlt, auch der Hund :-) Der Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben sich super viel Mühe gegeben, vielen Dank dafür. Pros: maison conforme à la description, tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur, Beau salon qui donne sur le jardin. Plusieurs terrasses bien exposées. Piscine propre. Bonne situation. Le seul petit inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de place pour stationner la voiture devant la maison (terrain boisé à 50m) Ça n'est pas loin mais un problème pour nous qui avions une remorque, heureusement que Kris (l'agent) nous a dépanné en la mettant dans son garage. Un grand MERCI à Kris ! Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette maison mais sans remorque!... Peut-être à bientôt Kaï...

Pros: Het is een leuke villa. Maar totaal niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn zoals ik. Overal trappen zelfs op de wc moet je tree omhoog om bij de pot te komen. Het zwembad is ook niet geschikt voor mensen zoals ik. trap is steil en hoog kon mij nergens aan vasthouden. Voor de rest was alles oke. Hebben vooral buiten gezeten daar was het uitstekend vertoeven. Naar de woonkamer weer een trap naar beneden zonder leuning dus ook daar heb ik weinig gebruik van gemaakt. Dan maar aangekleed buiten blijven zitten. Er zit wel een schitterende keuken in. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
